LED replacement bulbs/Z Flash module

Just installed the new Z Flash module that plugs into the BCM. Works great but it's nearly impossible to get the passenger side kick panel back into place.
I currently have LED bulbs in the rear tail lights and LED switchback for front turn signals. I'm looking to replace the reverse lights and the amber rear turn signals with LED so that the Z Flash doesn't torch the incandescents currently in place.
I generally buy from SuperBright LED but their pulldown menu only goes up to 2019 and I don't believe the lights I'm looking to replace have the same numbers. I removed them and got numbers off the stock bulbs. The reverse light is a 3439 and the amber rear turn signal is 2819. I'm not having much luck finding the proper LED replacements for them.
Has anyone swapped these out for LED? If so, what were the numbers for the new bulb and where did you buy?

Instructions are a little vague in my opinion. I didn't use the resistors because I'd made the outage adjustment in FORScan several months ago.

GTR has a reverse light bulb kit. They're 7440 bulbs with an adapter that plugs into the truck's factory socket. I have GTR switchbacks up front and really like them. But I don't like the reverse light kit at $122 for 2 bulbs and 2 adapters.
GTR shows nothing for the amber rear turn signals.

I managed to put the 2 smaller plugs above the BCM/Fuse panel and the big one toward the front of the truck to get the kick panel back in place. A few more inches of wire on the large plug would have been a lot better in finding it a home!

I replaced all rear bulbs with bulbs from VLEDs. The turn signals are 3156/3157 and the reverse bulbs are 3156 bulbs. All bulbs are super bright and have held up well so far in normal driving and using my flasher modules.

Just ordered back up lights from SuperBright LED and the amber turn signal bulbs from F150LED. Hopefully it works out.
