Whats the difference?
Whats the difference between a 99 which has 235hp and an 03 that has 275? Was it different injectors? Tuning? Different Hpop?

I seem to recall @cleatus12r stating the 275hp was a misprint.

It's mostly tuning AFAIK. The injectors are the same 140cc AD units. Mine is a late 99 with a manual and is actually listed at 250 on the valve cover sticker. Few people ever put their truck on a chassis dyno like a lot of tuner car guys do to get real HP/TQ numbers.

The early 99 has smaller cc injectors.

Tuning.

The 250 rating in 99 was a misprint. The auto 02-03s were 250 and the manuals were 275.

99-01 wEre 235

And vans only like 215hp with the 140cc ADs.
Due to lack of an intercooler.

Well,im somewhere +400hp and still no intercooler..

Snow Performance MPG-MAX kit is waiting in the shelf.
I have no EGT issues in normal driving currently.

Water injection is a steam cleaner on the carbon build up! I run a 12 GPH nozzle.
