Nope... my 360 had the 105 casting mark on it too.

The 390 and the 360 used the same castings. As noted the only way to tell is to check the stroke.

Some have claimed the mirror 105 block is marginally stronger than the blocks with un-mirrored 352 markings. I have a mirror 105 block that came from the factory as a 360 in a 1976 F-100. As I recall, the bottom end webbing looked to be a little more robust. Prolly not significant.
