2013 Electrical issues

2013 Electrical issues
I'm have some major electrical issues with my 2013 6.7 was wondering if anyone else had or has these same issues and what may or may not be the fix to them.
1. must keep upfitter switch 3/4 "on" so the radio and door chime don't play or chime when I open the door
2. truck stays running after key is pulled and shuts off after I open and shut driver side door
3. wipers only work when headlights are on
4. Driver side entire headlight assembly works "when it wants to"
Now when I hook my 5th wheel trailer is when it really gets fun:
THESE only happen when the driver side headlight assembly doesn't work
1. turn headlights on,lose trailer lights/ turn headlights off I get trailer lights back
2. brake lights are always "on"
3. Left turn signal on truck, turns right turn signal on trailer
4 and on a good day everything works fine
Truck runs good, has 160,000 full delete.

I would check the BCM for water leaking on it, seems like it’s becoming a common problem.
