1 touch window switch not working

1 touch window switch not working
'17 f350 and the passenger window 1 touch up isnt working from either the driver switch or passenger switch but up is from both. what could this issue be? thanks

If the window got stopped somehow during travel, like it was jammed by something, the one touch quits working.
Reset by lowering window all the way, holding the switch down for a few seconds after it is all the way down, then doing the same on the up side.
