Those freakin intake leaks will change how your timing curve works out I think. Better safe than sorry re-mapping it so you know it's right where engine needs it. I'd also say that plug electrode problem wasn't an overnight issue. You drive your truck so that's quite a few hours of run time to smoke that plug. Don't feel bad- I've been fouling full sets of plugs sneaking up on my tune while fighting vacuum leaks. lol

I'm down to #66 jets. A/F seems to be in range and has plenty of power. Running lean when it's cold, think I need to work on the choke side next. And yeah, time to get the light on it.
