Trailer Battery Not Charging

Trailer Battery Not Charging
21 F-150 with the tow package and a 2.7 Ecoboost. I have a lift trailer at work that it will not charge the battery. I get a message on the dash that says trailer battery not charging see manual. It doesn't seem to have a problem with charging the camper battery. This trailer charges just fine behind other vehicles too.
I'll have to make an appointment at the dealership to bring the pickup and trailer in.

Yup, it has a working battery and I don't believe there is an isolator. I know they have a diode on there but that shouldn't make a difference.
Ground through the 7 pin is good.
