Sliding rear window
I bought a rear window seal from lmc. I been trying to get it on the window frame , but the sides are bulging out. It’s real hard to get it started. I think the slider is aftermarket if that matters. It’s a 79 150. Is there a trick to get this on?

I watched this video a while back, the guy is spot on and no nonsense. When I do my rear window, I will watch this over and over again!! Great video on how to change the rear glass!

I didn’t even get to try to install it because I can’t get rubber on the frame. The video is good but it
just shows the guy installing the window.
