Trailer Brake Controller
the emergency braking is just a push of the switch, one thing i like about that is most of the tekonsha style controllers are mounted low and to the right requiring the driver to bend down and take their attention off the road maybe in an emergency. I mounted mine up high near the steering wheel, I can reach it without moving hardly at all, with a full upright position at the wheel.

Thanks for the Redarc input guys.
I currently have my P3 mounted down at the bottom of the lower dash section like everyone else, and I agree that it's not the ideal location like you mentioned. I have the automatic version of the F-650 lower dash that I'm working on and my plan is to inset the P3 on the left side of it near the top, right where my right hand hits without having to stretch or lean forward/down, I'm hoping that works out to be a more comfortable and easier location for it. It looks like we will be keeping the EX as our dedicated tow rig until the second year of the next Super Duty redesign, so either '24 or '25 when an F-450 will be replacing it, between now and then we are both going to be retired and towing a lot more so it's time to do a few upgrades to the big wagon.
If there was a better mounting option for the P3 i would probably be more willing to swing that way. I even considered putting it on top of the dash but then decided lengthening wires, and taking dash apart to get it up there is more work then i want to mess with.
With this one i pop a little BB hole for the little wires, and then mount the dial flush on the dash, say, between the headlight controls and the steering wheel, or else similar spot on the opposite side.
