Brake controller problems.

Folks, I bought new 2012 Ford F150 Scab with 5.0 - 3.5 - 4x4. With the idea of towing travel trailer. Dealer added on hitch and trailer breaks. sfsg picked up trailer and trailer breaks did NOT work.
vehicle must have trailer tow option and trailer break controller to work.

did they add the trailer brake controller? they also have to reflash the PCM. I know because i had the trailer brake controller added after i bought it and they had to reflash the PCM so that it worked...
