buildup on rear diff plug
so i bought this truck at about 150K miles, 2011 5.0 4x4. had to change the backing plates for the parking brake. so i have the diff cover off. the oil looked ok, there was a lot of buildup on the plug, i assume it is normal? i did not take a picture, thought of that later. i did not see any wear marks or anything. but i have no experience with the rear diff. this was the first time actually pulling axels.
