Parking Assist problems

Hello gentlemen,
I tried to resurrect an old thread but it seems no one is having problems with their reverse system? I feel handicapped not having my reverse sensors working. When the shifter is in reverse with the ignition on, there is no "clicking", "buzzing", or any audible sound coming from any of the sensors. I checked the speaker with a 12 volt battery by connecting very briefly and could hear a clicking sound from the speaker telling me it's functioning. This leads me to believe it's the Parking Assist Module.

Does anyone have any idea where I can source a new module? I believe the part number is 1C7Z15K866BA

I'm open to suggestions if anyone has any.

The only thing I could find is on Ebay in Australia with a slightly different part number 1C7T15K866BA

It looks like I'm going to have to bring my Ex to a shop and have them diagnose the problem. This way I will be sure of the issue. From what I can figure out with my crude and limited diagnosing methods, it appears the module has crapped out on me, but I've been wrong many times before....

The PAM module has been obsolete for at least 15 years. Your options are slim for finding one.

Thank you for the generous offer. I took the truck into a local shop and after 2 hrs of troubleshooting, it's fixed. I feel much more comfortable having my sensors and backup camera working properly.
According to the shop, they suspect when the trailer hitch was installed, they pulled too hard on the trailer connector cable to the plug and the pins behind the connector weren't making contact.
Here is what the mechanic noted; "suspect pins pulled out during aftermarket hitch installation."

I scanned the receipt with the notation to the shop who installed the hitch only 6 months ago. Waiting to see if they help out with the repair bill.
