I don't think "sport" mode does much except disable traction control & not cut engine power when wheel spin occurs... JMO
I do think deep "snow & sand" mode is definitely much more "sporty" than any other mode I have found... IMO WOW...
I use the deep snow/sand mode exclusively, I've tried all the others, it just drives better and accelerates better, I'll have to see if mine does the Sport mode, granted, mines a '22 F550, my daily rolling around weight is 14k so it's not like it's a "sporty" truck, plus as a ChCab it's already neutered from Ford so any little bit helps. I haven't noticed a dif in the EB effectiveness from tow/haul to deep snow/sand, living in the mtns I usually lock out 9th, 10th on the daily and when towing up here, when I head down to the flats is the only time 9 and 10 get used.
After driving using deep snow/sand, when I forget to change it from normal on start-up I really notice a difference, and eco mode... really?! wtf?! In a 14k# truck, ain't NOTHING economical happening! Just towed my Cat up to Redding, avg 62-67mpg on the way nets a solid 8.5 +/- I tried eco mode on the fwy for a short while... eeet's No Bueno senor!
