If fuses are good I’d be checking headlamp switch. Backup light probably not related,I’d check that bulb but all the other lamps should share same circuit
When you say "a bunch of switches", just to clarify, you used the owner's manual to identify the fuses involved and all were good? Did the lights all fail at the same time?
With the trailer connected to the truck and trailer 7 pin connected to the truck.
The trailer and the truck turn signal and brake lights work on both the trailer and truck.
While connected to the truck, I connected an additional battery to the tail light wiring on the trailer.
The trailer tail lights light up ----- but the tail lights on the truck do not. THIS MAKES NO SENSE TO ME.
My thought is if it is a blown fuse in the truck, the truck tail lights should light up with the trailer tail lights.
Is there something in the CAN BUSS system that prevents it?
You should check the wiring harness thaat goes to the back of the truck, visually check it, test each cable, in my 04 it goes straight from a junction point at the driver-side wheel well, goes straight in the driver side frame rail, not sure what the 16 has but check your cables
