Well, it's obviously oil seeping out of the rear differential either from around the sealing surface, leaking pinion seal or from a rust hole(s) in the sheet metal cover. It's something that should be investigated and corrected before too much gear oil works it's way out.

First and foremost check the fluid level. Then you'll have to pull the cover off and clean it up to inspect for rust holes and or gasket failure.

Stop driving before you blow the rear end. Your fluid is leaking out. Buy a new cover, that one is super rusty.

1. Leakage around and about the rear differential.
2. Seepage around and about the rear differential.
3. You have a 19 year old vehicle that probably has 150,000-300,000 miles on it, that is old enough to vote and die in a war.
4. You have also started 6 threads with a total of 11 posts in less than 3 months.
5. Lots of rust.
6. Too much "hop-scotch" played on the driveway.

It doesn't look as bad as some other 20+ year old diffs I've seen. It almost looks normal. A fluid check is needed to see how low the oil level is. I'd bet it's still not at a critical level unless there are fresh drips every day. The worst case if there aren't any new drips, the diff is empty.
