Yes the 6.7 has one time use fuel lines that go to fuel rail. This part comes with new injectors and depending on which injector your replacing depends on what fuel line is needed. Every other injector has a different handing for the fuel line.

FYI there are no injectors currently in stock in the USA.

Injector oil seal leaking

So, my engine has been dripping oil on the driveway since I bought her ( wish I'd crawled up under her BEFORE I gave them my $$$,,,,another story for another time). I've had it diagnosed at the Ford truck center and two other PSD certified shops and they all said the same thing. These engines have a seal between the injector body and the valve cover and that is what is leaking. None of them have said it is a common problem, but they all wanted 2k to put new oil seals in. So I don't know if that's the OP's issue or not but it looks the same as mine.
Anyway, not too happy with the cost to repair, thinking of doing it myself, but don't have a garage. Soooo,,,,drip, drip, drip!

There seems to be a few leak points on this engine. You would think after 10 years of production all the bugs would be worked out by now.

thanks for posting the details.
