Please provide a bit more info, Shanky. What year is the truck? Are you doing the work or are you paying someone else to do it? Is the truck under warranty? etc...
If you're doing the work yourself, I'd probably recommend getting a rebuilt injector from River City Diesel (~$160), or some other similar source that is well respected on the diesel forums.
If you're under warranty, Ford should do it for you for a $100 deductible.
If you're out of warranty and hiring an independent shop to do the work, I would recommend thoroughly researching your potential shops to insure their competence.
Its a 2006, I am having the dealership to do it, its not under warranty. The man I talked to told me that they installed the injector flash or reflash, what ever it is, and that since it was still starting hard that it could be an injector. It also threw a code, but I'm not going to be able to know what it is until tomorrow or friday
