Steering wheel removal

I have a 1983 f150, I need help removing the steering wheel.

Or you could get a commercial version, but my homemade puller works fine and cost about 50 cents.

The other option is a steering wheel puller which was talked about recently in another thread. Harbor Fright will have one.

Maybe this isn’t the right way, but I usually just wiggle them top to bottom by hand until they break loose.

Not really a major concern for us old guys. Just leave your teeth in the house, where they will be safe.
