Good morning FTE users
I recived a e-mail from fs1inc saying that they were unable to program my PCM
I will try recover my money and then i will buy a used one, the other rebuilt pcm costs 1000 bucks and i won't buy it
But the used one has other vin obviously (there aren't 2 1FTSX31P14ED19708)
Can i change the vin written on the module?
Much appreciated
What year truck? I rebuilt a '04 F350 with a 6.0 by changing the engine from a '03. The '03 was deleted and I ran into issues with FICM and PCM mismatch. When I swapped both PCM and Ficm from '03 then everything was in sync and the vin was still the same as the '04. I do not believe the vin programming is in the PCM but in other modules. I could be wrong but that was my observation when I swapped PCM 's.

Bro, thanks for replying, but i found the SAME module, same software code, same program code, just want to change the vin, it isn't important but... you know
My truck has NO other modue more than the SRS, ABS, PCM and FICM, the ABS, FICM and SRS don't know my VIN, just the PCM, could be wrong or good, let's check when i install my new PCM
If i sell the truck don't want the dude to come and say that the truck is stolen
