Looks like a good start. Decode the VIN but, that truck should come back as an F150 2wd as the SWB Supercab 4wd was not an option. If it comes back as anything else, you will have to ck the frame numbers. I would say, from the pics and not seeing it in person, that they found a way to make it 4Wd without changing the frame. I can tell you from hands on experience though, that 2wd and 4wd supercabs have the same exact frame from the front cab mount to the rear. Every hole is in the same spot, except maybe the rear spring hangers for the front springs. Frame thickness, bends and component placements are identical. If you were interested in keeping it 4WD, strip it down and use the front crossmember and mounts off your spare frame and get them welded in. There's a constant battle over whether or not you need to title to the frame or body and at least this way, you will have no issues with purists or any titling agency.
