Hot No Start question

Trying to figure things out. Just got done with head gaskets today. (Fel pro gaskets, new castings from local machine shop, rebuilt turbo, exhaust system weight loss products, updated push rods, arp studs) Sucker fired right up after getting high pressure oil up. Sounded really good. Then sitting in the shop after I shut it off and when starting up again it lost oil pressure. Crank for about 10 seconds and it started right up. I figured I had a bubble or something so I ran to town (15 miles) and left truck running. On the way home going down the freeway at 70 mph started running rough. If I put my foot into it towards the end it felt like the truck was gonna shake apart and launch into outer space. Had zero power. Luckily it was 35 the last little bit home. When I pulled into the driveway it was idling super rough. Really rough. Shut it off and came back out. Hot no start. I build icp over 500 easy. Sounds like it wants to start but won’t. Edge cs2 showed a p0281 code for injector number 7. It’s got 196000 miles on it with only #5 and #2 replaced so I figured that I’ll just get it replaced. Pushed it back into the shop with the tractor and stripped it back down and got the injector pulled. Also checked the ipr screen. It looks perfect. All the push rods look good. I haven’t pulled the valve cover off the passenger side yet to inspect.

Any thoughts? Thanks for all the knowledge on here! It’s been invaluable the past four years I’ve had this truck.

Truck is 2006 F350 SRW
