keeps burning up HPOP's
this truck was running bad and was very hard starting so the guys kept using ether to start it. They burnt up all the pistons. So the shop i work for rebuilt the 7.3 in the 2001 f550 with 106k on it. We got it running and ir still ran like crap. found out we had low hpop pressure. Put a new one on it and it was hard to start but ran good once warmed up. 158 miles later hpop stops working. new hpop starts better runs better. 2 miles later dies again. hpop gone again. this thing is driving me crazy. the hpops are coming from the ford dealership. what am i missing? thanks for any help

what orings need to be replaced? the ipr has not been replaced to my knowledge. the reason the truck was hard to start in the first place was due to low pressure. the ford guys are convinced i am getting trash in the pump but everything is new and clean. i will check the ipr and injector o rings. thanks guys.
