Torque for MC distribution block bolt?

Torque for MC distribution block bolt?
I'm replacing the master cylinder in my 51 F1 and have new copper crush washers for the hollow bolt that holds the distribution block to the rear of the MC. Any suggestions on torque? I want to properly crush the washers, but not twist off the hollow bolt. Shop manual is no help.

It helps a lot to anneal the copper washers first. heat to Red and let air-cool. As far as torque, I would guess 25 ft-lbs. If the washers seal that should be enough. You should be able feel when it's right.
