JARED_LA -- I had the same problem about a month ago. Called Kyle at Kelderman and he said that happens occasionally and that he didn't think it was that the bolts weren't torqued enough, but that a bolt hole may penetrate into the housing. Kyle suggested to remove the two new bolts, coat the threads with a bit of RTV, and retighten. I used a bit of Permatex Ultra Black on the threads and tightened to 35 ft/pounds (I think I've heard 33 - 38 ft/pounds on those cover bolts somewhere here on the forum). No doubt coating those threads messes up the torquing, but oh well. Let it set for 24 hours and no more leaks.
Two weeks ago put 100 miles in 4H and 10 in 4L on some nasty forest services roads and still no leaks.
Suggest giving Kyle a call. Those guys are super helpful and there is always a chance I misunderstood something (wouldn't be the first time).

Thanks, I sent an email to Kyle with pictures and received an automatic reply. I’ll try the Permatex Black.
