Been parked 2 years
last time it was running it blew an o-ring on one of the rear hpop plugs to make a very long story a bit shorter I replaced the o-ring, the ipr and pigtail icp, and pigtail cps, and pigtail rebuilt entire engine wiring harness (had some chaffing)
replaced block heater, radiator, a/c condenser, (unrelated)
Air filter, fuel filter, rebuilt fpr, oil and filter and got it started but it was not easy oh and two brand new batteries 😉
Have Forscan and my question is when I do a buzz test it buzzes all 8 then 12345678 I think thats correct right? I have done it before years ago and it was quite easy to hear from inside the cab and I've seen it done on videos and on other trucks but now it is so quiet you have to have your head under the hood to hear the injectors buzzing! Forscan says test completed no errors but the injectors are obviously not operating normally. Would all 8 just get to the point where the truck refuses to start all at the same time? Yes original injectors. Thanks in advance for any help.

Yep the buzz test does all 8 at once, then 1 thru 8 individually. The buzz is not very loud so you do need your head over the engine, and minimize background noise. And you're right, all 8 won't go bad at once. How did it sound? Why do you say the injectors are not operating normally?
For the oil use synthetic. If those injectors have 500k they are going to be tired, and sometimes tired injectors refuse to cooperate with dino oil.
I have the valve covers off I can try to start and see if oil is coming out of the spouts?
Welcome to the FTE, best place in the entire interwebs.
