So here we go, I have a 2011 f350 with the EGR flow code, and a particulate filter code.
EGR is 245 for the cooler,
Appears the PARTICULATE filter is 600-900
I have seen the Ford EGR mod,I think for about 245, that should eliminate any more EGR issue, but the exhaust remains
Who,what is available for the Delete??
H&S appears to be ready to go, and I can piece the rest together, but it also appears that FTE is not a fan of H&S?
I personally am not a fan of delete, but dont judge those that do. The problem with delete is that I've seen plenty of guys on here with engine troubles of some sort, and cant seem to get them fixed easily. Dealers are the guys that know, but usually wont work on drivetrain issues without returning to stock first(regardless of warranty or not), and then there are the non-dealer garages that seem to be hit or miss with expertise. We've seen some of those mechanics come here asking why/how type questions too.
So for me, deleting sounds tempting, until something goes wrong. all of a sudden that $1000-$1200 to repair as stock seems pretty cheap.

+1, my vote for post of the day. Search FTE for "white smoke". Always seems to be a deleted truck and no one can help.
You said H&S appears ready to go. I’d plug it in and test before removing hardware.
I would look at GDP as a programmer option with the EZ Lynk.. Have that setup for the last 30K on my 2012 and love it. Got 21+ running empty 80mph thru Wyoming on the last trip and average around 13mpg pulling around 15K thru the mountains. No complaints with their tunes! Around town average 15-16 stop and go driving so not bad all around.
Find a reputable diesel performance shop that can set up the tunes after delete. I've been running my deleted truck for 2-1/2 yrs so far with no issues.
The convenience of not worrying about DEF fluid or emission related failures is a price worth paying.

I have been trying to follow up on this, 1200 is the price of a complete delete kit, you doing the labor..

Now see, here is where I differ, I prefer to do these things myself.. Call me a fool, but I just want to know what I am doing with the truck.. I am pretty fortunate though, there are three places close by.

The are options that will raise up that cost. Exhaust, tuner, tunes. Basic test pipe and one tune will be about $1200. Ez link with a switch along with tunes and 5” exhaust you’ll be around $2000-$2200, you doing the wrenching.
