2001 e250 sliding door please help

Hello there, I just bought a 01 e250 cargo van and I could really use some help. Iv tried researching on the site, google and youtube but im not having any luck. The sliding door is stuck about two inches open. It wont budge open or closed. The outside handle is very loose but I can still hear the clicking sound so cable seems good. Interior handle is solid and also makes the clicking sound. I have put my full 190lb into pushing the door open or closed but wont budge at all.. thoughts? Thanks in advance

More than likely the rollers need to be lubed. There's three sets, bottom, middle and top. The bottom and middle ones are a bit tricky to get to. Don't forget the pivot arm on the back/middle.

I agree with jimbomitch, I've lubed mine with some white lithium grease spray directly on the rollers and that seems to help a lot.
Check for obstructions in the track or missing rollers.
I had at least a dozen glass marbles in and around the lower track which took a lot of time to clean out using a stick and paper towels to clean up the crushed glass.
