1979 E Series Ford cab
I am restoring a 1979 E series cab & chassis . I am looking for some help on a VIN number, (E37AHDJ8697) looking to identify the E-series so I can buy interior door panels, doors, Ect.

It would be an E350 based C&C. Doors and interior parts are the same for all Econolines of that generation, which ran '75 to '91.
Looks like you have a 460?
