'94 F-150 5.0, going down the road and started hearing a beeping at approximately 1 second intervals, I don't recall hearing it before. There were no other vehicles on the road, rural road at night, nothing outside that would be emitting a sound like that and it went on for too long to be something external to the truck - it was definitely coming from the truck, just loud enough to be heard over the road noise. Sounded like some kind of a warning beep but the temp gauge was in the good zone and the truck is running fine, radio was off. Sounded like it was coming from somewhere inside the dash, to the right of my driving position.
Any theories? Other than the "lights on" chime, what "beeps" on a '94?
