Map sensor or turbo problem?

So the other day I ran into town to get the kids and the check engine light came. Checked it with my torque pro app and it came up with a p069 and po299 faults. I was just cruising in the truck when it did this. Now on my way home from work this morning I was watching the app as I drove and when I got on it a little bit the boost gauge went up like normal but then it kinda froze at 18 on the vacuum side and then the wrench light came on in the dash. So now I'm wondering if maybe the vanes are sticking in the turbo.

I was able to drive it home with now problems and the truck still acts just fine. It's a bone stock 06 f350 with only 129k miles on it. Am I looking at faulty map sensor or should I be looking at something else? According to the app the map sensor is still reading as it's going up and down with the throttle input.

Any help would be great. Thanks

Follow the hose from the MAP to the intake manifold. Pull it off the manifold and poke an allen wrench through the nipple. It may be clogged.

If there is no change, it's probably time to crack open the turbo.
