Wipers not working

Wipers not working
2012 F-450 XL 150,000 m.
A month or two ago I started having an issue with the wipers not coming on. If I would turn the switch to on, they would eventually start working and continue to work. Initially, the delay was brief. Later I might drive several miles before they would start working. More recently, they do not come on at all. The washer doesn't work either. As a basic place to start, I checked the mini spade fuse in the passenger side toe kick, and replaced the "cube" fuse under the hood. Any suggestions on where else to look?
