1964 "Five Pac"

When i was stationed at Bergstrom in the late 70's, i had a '64 F100 that had been modified for military use. It started with a standard long bed pickup, but then the bed was cut short on the front and the cab extended rearward enough to put the original front seat in the back of the cab. It had two doors, and bucket seats up front. It also had a 262 c.i. six cylinder engine and a three speed trans column shift. I saw one more at Ft Lewis WA about the same time but have never seen another one. I had pics but my ex destroyed them when we parted ways.
Anyone else ever seen one like that?

Here is one thread. There have been a few guys on here that were restoring them.
