I plow with my Ford Truck and just came across a an OBD module you just plug in and it flashes all your lights. Head lights, tail lights, etc. I was surprised it worked in motion.

 

The Z flash is better but both of these options are limited in ability. They don't mimic actual strone patterns and don't work on 2020+ trucks. If you want strobes stick with a known solution like Whelen.

Your user profile says you're from Florida, the Sunshine State. Is there that much snow down there?

In many states, wig wag alternating white head lights are illegal for non emergency response vehicles. Rules can differ from state to state, so anyone interested should check their state.

For example, for snow plowers in the State of Ohio, statute 4513.17 states: "highway maintenance vehicles, funeral hearses, funeral escort vehicles, and similar equipment operated by the department or local authorities, which shall be equipped with and display, when used on a street or highway for the special purpose necessitating such lights, a flashing, oscillating, or rotating amber light, but shall not display a flashing, oscillating, or rotating light of any other color." This isn't intended to relate the full extent of Ohio law concerning flashing lights... it is just an example to illustrate the prudence of investigating the vehicle lighting laws in effect in the state where one plans to flash their headlights in a wig wag pattern... before paying for a device that could end up costing more than just the price of the device.

As you state, Z Flash hadn't caught up to the 2020 yet last time I tried mine. It worked on both a 2017 and 2019 but not with my 2020. They aren't real forthcoming with information other than telling me to keep an eye on their website for updates.
I've seen another brand mentioned on the forums but I don't recall the name and haven't looked into it all that hard.

As stated at the bottom of his explanation, you're a new poster. Apparently there was a video that could have been construed as someone trying to get some free ad time, taking away from paying advertisers.
Although it doesn't sound like that was your intent, others have tried it in the past so the moderators keep an eye out for those types of posts.
