I installed the B&M 22200 on my 2019 F250, 6.2, 6R100. Was told more than once that "this part will not fit your 2019 F250." Never an explanation why not? I know the 6R80 and 6R100 use the same case, so I took a chance and spent the $210, worked out the way I thought it would. Now I have a Dipstick, did my first drain and refill and new filter @31,600 mi. Was able to fill though the B&M dipstick. Also installed a Pan with a Drain Plug to make future "Drain and Refills" easier.
How were you able to determine if the fluid level is correct? Did you check your level with the little plastic dip stick and then do the install to see where it read on the new dip stick, or how did you do it.
Yes, verified level on new stick before pulling pan off, replaced filter, installed new Dorman Trans Pan with a drain plug, refilled amount removed, short drive to cycle fluid, repeated this procedure 3 times, verified level on last refill. Used about 2 cases of fluid total. Will repeat at 60k miles, I do not believe it will be necessary to ever replace filter again.
I’m jealous that you were able to get a reasonable priced OEM style replacement pan with a drain.
I couldn’t find anything like that for my 10 speed. I didn’t mind the lack of dipstick as much as I though I would. To be honest after doing a drain and fill(and filter) I actually preferred it this way, just get it up to temp and add fluid until it runs out.

Yeah, that is a better system than was my 6R100. It was impossible, IMO, to check the fluid level with engine running and at operating temp.

Thanks

Should have either the fill/level plug or the standpipe. Just put more fluid in, and let it settle out with either, unless I'm missing something.
