Check out the inside of these filters when they get some miles on them. I would say if you have a serviceable filter you need to get that thing off the engine and install the sealed unit, or delete it ASAP.
Searching online for this now third CCV filter reveals nothing. Using the part # listed in the pic I get the two known versions. If I look at ford parts I don't come up with anything,
Looking at the owners manual does not address the servicing of this part.
Pretty sure I have the sealed CCV unit. My owner's manual says change it out at 100k miles. It seems to me that the CCV with the serviceable filter would be easier to replace than the entire CCV itself.
