This was on my 78 F250 XLT Ranger Styleside front end, but someone used a 'torch' on it likely to loosen a nut & it has an irregular shaped hole which I am not sure I can repair adequately. Plus I am not sure if the deeply pitted bushing hole needs repair or replacement.
I will try to attach a picture.
No idea where it goes...on the other hand is that a frame bracket attachment point for the RH radius arm long part (3B095 is the L/H #) ? And it would of been held on with rivets or maybe nut and bolt? About any local machine shop should be able to weld/grind/drill and get you back in business quick. As far as that "deeply pitted bushing hole" depending on just where it goes it does not look that bad.
If so, someone probably tried to burn the rivet out. I wouldn't worry about it except to use a washer. As for the bushing hole, I would be completely filled with a big poly or rubber bushing, so I wouldn't worry about that either.
