775128(?) = Consecutive unit number, built November 1965
129 = wheel base (long)
WM = Two tone Medium Blue and Wimbledon White
B81 = trim code for Custom Cab, Medium blue crush vinyl and cody weave pattern
C = Ford 3 speed, 3.03 fully synchronized
17 = axle code, Ford 9" 3.25 open
54 = Omaha District Sales Office where it was originally ordered.
