A lot has been discussed since this post so I apologize for slamming it into reverse here, but if you just need a bunkhouse layot for 3 kids, you may still have options to meet your needs in a smaller unit. My wife and I have a Reflection 290bh, it's 34' long, easily within the weight ratings of my 2018 F250 CCSB XLT (not just brochure weights but CAT scale verified by me regularly), and has a bunk room for 3 kids.
Just a thought, it's been a great rig so far, very easy to tow (marketed as "half ton towable"), and follows all the rules of the weight police and payload stickers! I'm sure there are other brands with similar models too.
