The production code stamped on the data plate contains the build date and rotation number. 24D is 24 April, 1952. The rotation number is an internal tracking number issued by the assembly plant which has no other correlation to the truck.

Welcome to the forum. Now you have to share pics and a story of your truck.
All the records on these trucks were lost in 1967 when Ford decided to clear out old files and burned them.
As Wayne said, this is the best source of data. Your serial number will tell you where it was built with a 2 letter code. That number should be on the top of the right frame rail near the radiator x-member unless it has a front clip grafted in.
I am having difficulty getting a registration document for the truck. They are asking for sources and when it was built and registered.
That's a beautiful truck. Did you not get a title or any paperwork with the truck when you bought it? I can't imagine ever finding any kind of documentation of when or where it was first registered 70 years ago, or even why that would matter?
Do you have a bill of sale? Perhaps the seller could apply for a lost title here in the US if you need one and sign/notarize and send it over to you.
There are no "dating certificates" here in the US other than a state issued title. Those are based on the frame number and are more about ownership than vehicle verification. The process varies by state.
