Hoo-boy, it's a good thing you're looking out for me Nathan! Can't believe I did that, but I remember going back and inserting OHV........duh.
Only one thing I can say in my defense; they did use Y blocks in 52 - just not in the small trucks. The F7 had a 279 and the F8 got the 317 OHV. 52's also had OHV 215 sixers too. Goofy year, huh?
And to make it more confusing the 239 was an OHV but not until '54
