Door(s) Unlock Issue
Howdy Y'all,
I know this issue has been pretty much beaten to death on several forums but I figured I would resurface it in hopes of finding the answer to my specific twist on it. 2004 Ford Excursion (Limited, 6.0). Drivers door keyless entry pad DOES both lock AND unlock all of my doors. The key fob for the truck would do the same as well, but I have misplaced it unfortunately and am waiting on replacements. However, my interior unlocks do not work, on both the drivers and passenger side. The locks however do work, which leads me to believe this is more than likely not an actuator issue. It looks like since I have a keyless entry system on the drivers side I also do not have a relay under the dash as a result? Insight and help is much appreciated.

My explorers had the same issue. One explorer I took the switch assembly apart and cleaned all the contacts and that fixed it. The other one was a smokers suv so we just bought a new switch assembly.
