Your doors can only lock and unlock electronically at the same, they are wired on the same circuit. I also have a bulldog security keyless entry (and remote starter) that I installed myself. The doors lock and unlock by completing a circuit when you push the button, the keyless entry unit just taps into a +12v and when you push that button on the remote it feeds basically the +12v to the door lock circuit.

Couple issues that I had with my truck on installation, I don't know if your truck is going to be the same:

1) Door lock circuits are "Type C" reverse polarity door locks, so if your unit does not come with relays built in then I believe you will need to purchase some. The instructions should tell you what you need to do.
2) I couldn't tap the door lock circuit on the driver side due to the emergency brake pedal assembly being in the way, so I had to splice some extension wires and tap into the circuit on the passenger side. Again, this has no effect on the way the system works because both doors are wired on the same circuit.

Good luck!

Found the link to the relay kit that I had to use with my system. Follow this link to the Bulldog Security's online store and search for part number 778:

https://www.directwholesale.net/secure/

You'll see that the description says:
Two relays with pre-wired harness
# Relay with pre-wired harness

* For type ''C'' door locks

# Great for door locks

I don't because I have NO CLUE how those relays work with that reverse polarity system, you actually might not even need them if your unit has relays built in (mine did but I didn't know it... Long story...) Check your product manual to see if it gives you instructions for your truck, for all I know yours might not even be type C like mine, it should tell you.

I actually just called Bulldog Securities and got the manager on the phone who was SUPER helpful, he just told me which wires went where, didn't bother to explain why because I didn't ask... They actually have very good customer support. The number I called was 1-800-878-8007.

Don't forget that you can download a wiring diagram for your truck on their website, that helps A LOT. Here's yours:

http://64.85.6.121/diagrams/printpage.asp?ModelID=19427&MakeID=18

They also have installation manuals for each the units, I don't know which model is yours so you'll have to visit the website for yourself to find that. Good luck buddy.

ON EDIT: It also looks like you won't have to worry about tapping the wires from the passenger door like I had to, that diagram says you must use the driver side wires:
NOTE *1 On this TYPE C System you MUST TEST from the DRIVERS DOOR Switch only when testing for SWITCH and MOTOR wires.
