This happened to me in October in North Dakota headed home to Washington state. The navigation and all features including radio, etc froze. I was just coming into a town so at the light I was able to turn the truck completely off and restart it. Took about 5 more minutes but it finally unfroze. Of course once home I took it to the dealer and explained the circumstances. As usually they could find nothing. Hasn’t happened since.
