Electronic Distributor Builders ????????
Anyone on this site know the name & company of a member that does distributor work & setup? This would be for a 300 4,9L inline 6. Pertronix only builds complete new units for Ford V8, they make the parts only for a 240/300 points to electronic rebuild. I am thinking that he is on this site but might be over on the Ford 6 site. Thanks

Why not just use a Duraspark? Super reliable and parts available everywhere.

Looking more at a person to do the re-curving than what type of unit I use. I got a reply from a member over on the Ford 6 site, the distributor man is Bill Ambler (wsa111). Thanks for looking.

Sometimes called a 'handle" but I think username is the official term.

Tom, I'd be interested to see what they say, some idea of the turnaround time and price. It used to be around $100 + shipping both ways, but that was a long time ago.
