Had Ford replace my steering wheel today under warranty.
got halfway home and realized the wheel was crooked towards the one o’clock position.
truck tracks straight so I know it’s not an alignment issue.
when they put these steering wheels on, are they able to recenter it at the wheel itself or will they have to do some adjustment on the linkage under the truck?
I thought these steering wheels were keyed so they could only go on one way(?). If thats the case unless your steering wheel was off before it shouldn't be now. Any other work done?

no other work done. Had an alignment 12k miles ago. I thought they were keyed also. Maybe the key part was manufactured off a little bit from the factory? All I know if my older wheel was straight.

I changed my steering wheel last week and had the same issue after installing the new one. It took less that 10 minutes to correct.
Replacing the steering wheel is a direct install. meaning there are no splines to line up.,The wheel only goes one one way. Odd that after the your replacement its off.
My truck came from the factory cocked slightly to the right.. It didnt bug me too much until after I installed the Raptor wheel. The red sight line now made it annoying. Had the alignment done and everything is good now

If I was you I would do the adjustment myself. Adjust, test drive on a few different road crowns (left and right), readjust as necessary. Maybe after days or weeks you might want to tweak it a little bit more to get it absolutely perfect.
It really is quite easy to adjust the steering wheel via the drag link. Mine was cocked to the right exactly as yours. It took a couple of weeks of driving/adjusting but I finally got it right after the 4th try. Each try took about 10 minutes of my time. Since your wheel is cocked to the right, you want to move the drag link adjuster down/counter clockwise, but not much. Lots of videos on the subject.
Had this issue on my 2019, wheel was always crooked. Dealer took it in and tried to align it. Alignment was fine but the found a castor was out of spec. Changed it as all has been good since. Good luck.
