Steering Wheel clocking
I just had my '66 aligned but they didn't get the steering wheel centered. Can I fix this by popping the steering wheel off and re-clocking it that way?

That's the only way to do it.

As long as everything else is in alignment. Drive the truck a short distance to make sure the wheels are pointed straight ahead, You can mark the steering wheel. Then park it with the wheel in the same position, remove and reinstall as you stated.
