You'll likely need to drill out the old tumblers to replace them. Normally you use the key and a paperclip to remove the tumbler. Not sure as I've never had this problem.

Pull one of your door lock cylinders out. They will have a number on them and if they and the ignition are original a good lock smith will be able to make a key for you. Otherwise you can buy a complete set for a reasonable price so you'll have all the locks use the same key.

A locksmith should be able to help? They didn't have that many tumbler combos. Find a key that works, that way can remove the lock from the actual switch with the paper clip trick and not tear everything up.
