They say 2100 lumens which makes me wonder that they may be too bright - not sure these fit a 2020 either.

I snagged some off eBay or Amazon for my F150 and yes they do white wash the reverse camera some especially if the camera is dirty.
The best light mod is doing the bed/cargo lights. Used some cheapo LEDs and wow they will nearly blind you now.
