Code P2160
Having problems with my 2016 F250 6.7 6spd auto Platinum 4wd. I keep getting a code P2160. Anyone know how the vss system works on these trucks. Location of sensor or did Ford switch over to a module?

Is there a way to test the wheel speed sensor?

Unfortunately, my service library only goes up to the 2014 MY so extending that to the '16 MY would be speculative. Take the following FWIW since I don't have newer data. Maybe someone else does and can chime in...
I can't find that DTC in any of documentation for any of the several trucks I did check. Google search yielded several hits but they are of unknown quality and of very dubious origin. Like many Google hits for DTC searches of manufacturer-specific fault codes, they could be from another make and model. Unknown.
Since VSS data is supposed to come from the ABS system on this generation of Super Duty, my best suggestion is to scan the ABS system for any DTCs specific to that sub-system and see if anything interesting is revealed.
