My first post after just yesterday purchasing a 2016 f350 6.7l 100k King Rancher.
My issue is the ford my touch navigation seems to be glitchy.
What's happening is when on the home screen it will show what street I am driving but also display a question mark. No compass will appear. When I am routing it works fine until I cancel it. Then it is stuck on the last direction " left in .5 miles on ABC st."
I've pulled the fuse and manual restarted. Removed and replaced card, and went through all the setting with out a fix.
Ford wants $250 to diagnose. I'll take my chances here.
Mine had all sorts of different glitches, one time the radio wouldn't shut off. I was thinking of trashing the whole system but decided to upgrade to the 3.10 software first so I downloaded it and after installation it was still locking up so I ordered the A11 SD card off ebay for $40 and it hasn't had a problem sence.
If you download the 3.10 software don't follow their directions, after you download it just drag the 3 files to a formatted USB drive and nothing else. Plug it into the running truck and it will self install. Then install the A11 sd card, it'll only cost $40 to give it a try.
